Video resurfaces of Andy Dick fondling Ivanka Trump on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ in 2007

A decade-old video of Andy Dick and Ivanka Trump has resurfaced online and looks even worse with time.

The two appeared together on a 2007 episode of “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” during which the now-52-year-old comedian, sitting on a couch next to the future First Daughter, unprovoked trailed his hand…

Jimmy Kimmel Exposes Trump For Lying About His Cruel Child Separation Border Policy

Randy Holmes/ABC

The first thing many Americans woke up to this morning was—surprise!—a ridiculous tweet from President Donald Trump:

Yes, the president gave an “unannounced” interview to his favorite television program, Fox & Friends, which these days is tantamount to State TV. (Also, while it may be one of the highest-rated cable morning shows, its ratings don’t come close to the popular morning shows on ABC, NBC and CBS).

And, as host Jimmy Kimmel noted on his late-night program, “Donald Trump had a lot of praise for himself in this interview—and Kim Jong Un.”

Jimmy Kimmel Found a Bunch of Adults on the Street Who Still Live With Mom and Dad

A 30-year old New York man recently made headlines when his parents were forced to sue him to get him to finally move out of their house. While the man in question prepares to appeal the judge’s decision to evict him from his parents’ home, Jimmy Kimmel decided to head to the streets to find out how common it is for full-grown adults to still live with their parents.

He revealed the results of his informal poll of passersby on Wednesday night’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! turning it into a game where the audience would be briefly introduced to a person and then try to guess whether or not they still live at home. Turns out a lot of adults still live with their parents, in fact, his own audience harbored a mother and son who were still co-habitating.

Luckily, Kimmel has a solution to this problem plaguing the nation. He launched a new service that allows people to adopt men over 30. While they have no discernible skills, on the plus side there’s no potty training required and they come with their own Xbox and sword collection.

Jimmy Kimmel Mocks Melania Trump’s ‘Be Best’ Campaign

Randy Holmes/ABC

After 16 months, first lady Melania Trump finally unveiled her official platform at the White House’s Rose Garden on Monday.

Titled “Be Best,” the first lady’s program will focus on three key problem areas: cyberbullying, well-being, and combating opioid abuse. “As a mother and as first lady, it concerns me that in today’s fast-paced and ever-connected world, children can be less prepared to express or manage their emotions and oftentimes turn to forms of destructive or addictive behavior such as bullying, drug addiction, or even suicide,” she said.

Many saw irony in the first lady’s cyberbullying initiative, given how her husband, President Donald Trump, is one of the more prolific cyberbullies around. If that weren’t enough, the platform’s slogan, “Be Best,” sounded very similar to former first lady Michelle Obama and Oprah’s slogan for men to “Be Better.” (Melania, of course, has a history of lifting ideas from Michelle.)

Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel, and Trevor Noah well and truly dragged Sean Hannity

TwitterFacebook

The day when President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, was revealed to have Fox News host Sean Hannity as a client was always going to be a good day for late night talk show hosts.

And they went for it.

Jimmy Kimmel, Trevor Noah, and Stephen Colbert went absolutely ham on Hannity on Monday night, unpacking the Cohen connection.

On Monday, Cohen told a federal judge that he had given legal advice to three people in the past year. One was obviously Trump. The second was Republican fundraiser Elliott Broidy, and the third was a person whose identity Cohen refused to disclose until forced — it’s Hannity. Read more…

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson Asked Jimmy Kimmel to Deliver His Baby

Dwayne Johnson, aka The Rock, has a problem and he is pretty sure that Jimmy Kimmel can help him solve it.

The Rock stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Tuesday night to ask Kimmel for help. “We’re expecting probably within the next two weeks, so I’m on code red high alert,” he told Kimmel.

“As of now, the doctor said it looks like we’re gonna be OK. The baby should be born when it’s due, which is April 25.” There’s one small problem, though: The Rock is in the middle of a press tour for his new film Rampage and has to be away from home. If the baby comes early, as babies frequently do, Johnson is worried that he won’t make it back in time to be in the delivery room when his girlfriend, Lauren Hashian, gives birth.

Johnson needs someone on call to step in and lend a helping hand on his behalf if he can’t make it. That’s where Kimmel comes in. “I’m going to need a doula that’s going to help me deliver and, well, it’s gotta be you,” he told Kimmel.

Since no one says “no” to The Rock, Kimmel quickly agreed. “I’d love to be the doula,” the host said. “I’d be more than happy to fill in for you. I will wear one of your outfits—the whole thing.” That’s what friends — and late night talk show hosts — are for, apparently.

Jimmy Kimmel Thinks He Knows How to Get Under Trump’s Skin After That Oscars Jab

Jimmy Kimmel struck back at President Trump during his monologue on Tuesday night after Trump tweeted a dig at the Academy Awards show for its low ratings.

While Kimmel, who hosted the Oscars, responded to the president on Twitter, noting that Trump had the lowest approval rating of any president in history. He also responded to the presidential address during his monologue on Tuesday night’s episode Jimmy Kimmel Live!

“Lowest rated Oscars in HISTORY,” the president tweeted the morning after the Oscars. “Problem is, we don’t have Stars anymore — except your President (just kidding, of course)!”

“Of course he’s kidding,” Kimmel cracked. “He’s not narcissistic.” Kimmel added that he had tweeted back at him, “Thanks, lowest rated President in HISTORY,” commenting on the president’s low approval ratings. Kimmel seemingly couldn’t help but also note that his tweet received many more likes than the president’s.

“Trump always has a problem with the Academy Awards, which is surprising because I really think he would love the best picture winner, The Shape of Water. The movie, if you haven’t seen it, it’s about a monster who has sex with a woman who can’t talk about it. Basically, it’s like his life story. Right?” Kimmel said.

Kimmel also commented on a tweet sent out by Donald Trump Jr. in which he used an emoji to indicate he hadn’t watched the Oscars. “You know that’s an authentic Trump hand because it’s gold and tiny,” Kimmel joked.

Last year, the elephant in the room at the Academy Awards was the newly-elected President Donald Trump. This time, there were many more elephants for host Jimmy Kimmel to address, starting with the biggest, most disgusting one of them all: Harvey Weinstein.

In interviews leading up to his second year hosting the Oscars, Kimmel indicated that Hollywood predators would not be his focus, telling ABC News, “This show is not about reliving people’s sexual assaults.” James Corden learned the hard way that jokes about rape can have unintended consequences, but going easy on the prominent men brought low by #MeToo could be just as irresponsible.

On the 90th anniversary of the awards, the show opened with an old-timey black and white newsreel version of the red carpet, including jokes about nominees, past and present.

Jimmy Kimmel Found a Way to Infiltrate Super Bowl 2018 in the Most Hilarious Way

Jimmy Kimmel may not be able to make it out to Minneapolis for Super Bowl 2018, but that doesn’t mean his longtime sidekick Guillermo can’t go in his place.

During Wednesday’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the late night host aired a clip from Super Bowl Media Day in which Guillermo hilariously made the interview rounds with the players and coaches of both the New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles.

Guillermo kicked things off by telling the notoriously straight-faced Bill Belichick to smile more before offering Tom Brady an essential teeth-whitening tip: drink more soda and tequila. “I love tequila,” the Pats quarterback responded, despite the fact that he has said he rarely drinks alcohol.

Guillermo then moved on to the Eagles players Jay Ajayi and LeGarrette Blount, who clearly weren’t sure what to make of his line of questioning. “Your name is Blount, that’s a cool name,” he told the running back. “So when people tackle you, are they hitting the blunt?”

Jimmy Kimmel Took Trump to Task for His ‘Bigger’ Nuclear Button Warning

President Trump began 2018 with plenty of fodder for late night television hosts, tweeting about U.S. nuclear capabilities as a response to a taunt by North Korea’s Kim Jong Un. Jimmy Kimmel had no problem taking Trump to task.

“Happy New Year everybody! We have two maniacs with nuclear warheads tweeting about who has the bigger button,” Kimmel joked in response to Kim Jong Un’s New Year’s address, reading out the warning from the President. In the tweet, Trump says that his “Nuclear Button” is “bigger” and “more powerful” than that of the North Korean leader, another in a series of jabs at Kim that have filled his year in the presidency and stirred concerns about international safety and the prospect of war.

Of course, that tweet wasn’t the only thing that Trump shared; Kimmel noted that he posted no fewer than eight messages on his social media service of choice before 10 a.m. on Tuesday, including a claim for credit for a lack of commercial airline deaths in 2017, which has been debunked.

“It’s only Jan. 2. I don’t think I can take another year like last year,” Kimmel joked about the ongoing deluge of news.

Jimmy Kimmel Asked People to Identify Brooklyn Beards or Gettysburg Beards

Jimmy Kimmel has been producing his show from the East Coast all week, specifically Brooklyn. The New York City borough is known for many things—good pizza, loud traffic, and apparently, retro facial hair—very retro.

“Brooklyn is home to some of the thickest and scraggliest beards this side of Fallujah,” quipped Kimmel. “Sometimes I’m not sure if we’re in Brooklyn or a Civil War reenactment.” To make that determination once and for all, during Thursday night’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Kimmel challenged the audience at the Brooklyn Academy of Music where he was filming to play a beard guessing game.

All they had to do was look at a close-up picture of a beard, and try to guess whether the facial hair in question was photographed in the modern-day hipster neighborhood of Williamsburg, Brooklyn or in Civil War-era Gettysburg, Virginia some 150 years ago—and it stumped a lot of people. Good thing they didn’t try this game in Portland, Oregon.

Jimmy Kimmel is taking a stand against pumpkin spice pizza, just so you know

Now that the repeal of the Affordable Care Act is off the table, Jimmy Kimmel has found his new moral stance—pumpkin spice pizza.

While earlier in the week, Kimmel promised his audience that he would “go back to talking about the Kardashians!” after fighting against the Graham-Cassidy health care bill, on Tuesday night’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! the host once again used his monologue to preach about an evil he saw in the world, namely, pumpkin spice pizza. “Is nothing sacred?” complained Kimmel.

The pizza in question comes from Villa Italian Kitchen, the people who brought the world the real pizza bikini that no one wanted. They have done it again with their pizza covered in pumpkin spice, which Kimmel noted were “two things that go together like peanut butter and snow tires.”

“Whether or not you think pumpkin spice is good on pizza, I think we can all agree that pumpkin spice is not good on pizza, okay?” Kimmel said.

Jimmy Kimmel Thanks McCain for Effectively Killing Graham-Cassidy

Jimmy Kimmel used his Twitter account to thank Sen. John McCain for coming out against the Graham-Cassidy legislation on Friday. The “no” vote from McCain, who cast the decisive vote to prevent the GOP’s previous Obamacare repeal attempt, effectively killed the new bill, which can only afford to lose two Republicans in the Senate. Senators Rand Paul (R-KY) and Susan Collins (R-ME) have already indicated they will vote against it. Kimmel has spent all week lobbying against the bill on his late-night show, targeting Sen. Bill Cassidy in particular who had promised that any bill he supported would need to pass what he called the “Jimmy Kimmel test.” Despite what Cassidy and Lindsey Graham have argued this week, their bill does not offer the same protections for those with pre-existing conditions that the Affordable Care Act does.

Jimmy Kimmel Calls Trump ‘Completely Unhinged’ Following Press Conference

As it turns out, the possibility of nuclear war was not the worst crisis that Donald Trump faced in the last week. The embattled President of the United States was blasted for defending neo-Nazis, lashing out at the “alt-left,” and doubling down on his statements that “both sides” were to blame for the chaos in Charlottesville, Virginia over the weekend that ended with one woman dead and 19 others injured when a man drove his car into a crowd of counter-protestors. Jimmy Kimmel used his monologue on the Tuesday night edition of ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live to address Trump’s outrageous press conference.

“I wouldn’t be lying if I said I would feel more comfortable if Cersei Lannister was running this country,” said Kimmel, noting, “I don’t know who decided it would be a good idea to send him out there to talk to reporters today, but whoever did obviously misread his state of mind and the mood in this country right now. I think I can say this with reasonable certainty, the president is completely unhinged. The wheels are off the wagon and hurtling through space.”

Kimmel reached across the aisle with both hands as he addressed Trump voters. “I want to say I get it. I actually do. You were unhappy with the way things were going. You wanted someone to come in and shake things up. You didn’t want business as usual – nothing ever seems to get done – it’s always the same — these candidates make a lot of promises that go nowhere – it happens over and over again…and you’re sick of it,” he admits. “And then this guy shows up riding down a golden escalator — he’s not a part of the political establishment; in fact, he’s the opposite of that… Let’s roll the dice. Let him get in there and run the country like a business.”

The host then proceeds to list his offenses. “He signs a ban on Muslims that he claims isn’t a ban on Muslims. He compliments the President of the Philippines for murdering drug addicts. Hours after a terror attack in London, he starts a fight with their mayor. After criticizing Obama for playing golf, he plays golf every weekend. He accidentally shares classified intelligence with the Russians. He tweets a typo at midnight, wakes up and claims it was a secret message. He praises Jim Comey in October and calls him a coward in June. He fires him. He lashes out at his own attorney general for recusing him from the investigation. He hires the Mooch – and fires the Mooch. He bans the transgendered from the military without telling anyone in the military he’s doing it. He plays chicken with Kim Jong Un. And that’s just some of the list… If I went through all of it, it would be longer than the menu at the Cheesecake Factory. He is, by every reasonable account — and I’m using his own favorite words here — a ‘total disaster.’… But you’ve been trying to ignore it – because you don’t want to admit that these smug, annoying liberals were right! It’s the last thing you want to do. But the truth is — and deep down inside you know you made a mistake, you know this is true – you made a mistake. You picked the wrong guy.”

It is here that Kimmel makes a bold proposition: removing Trump as President and installing him as the first King of America, a figurehead who’s far away from political power. “England has a Queen,” he explains. “She lives in a palace – everyone makes a big deal when she shows up – she has no power at all. In the morning, they put a crown on her head and she stands there and waves, she goes back to bed. That’s it. If the Queen were to walk out on her balcony and strip off her top, nothing over there would change. The Queen could be completely bonkers – it would make no difference. She’d still be Queen, it’d still be fine. That’s what we need to do with Donald Trump. We need to set him up in castle – maybe in Florida – lead him to the top, and then lock the door to that castle. Everyone can call him ‘Your Highness’ – maybe we give him a scepter – and that’s that. He can sit there watching Fox and Friends, maybe chip a few golf balls out the window of his tower. There’s no way he turns that deal down – and we need to get creative here because enough is enough. Desperate times call for desperate measures. And I’m asking you, the people who supported Donald Trump, to step in and help for the good of this country. Mike Pence is ready, he’s boring. He’s relatively sane. He looks like a friendly neighbor you would borrow a lawn mower from. Let’s get him in there before it’s too late. Let’s make America Great Britain again!”

You have to admit, the slogan is catchy!

Fellow late night hosts Seth Meyers and Stephen Colbert also had unkind words for Trump, which you can read about here and here.

Jimmy Kimmel Says His 3-Month Old Son Is ‘Doing Great’ But Needs Two More Surgeries

It’s been quite the harrowing year for Jimmy Kimmel — but things are looking up.

The late-night host and wife Molly McNearney‘s baby boy William “Billy” John now 3 months old, had open heart surgery three days after his birth in April. And according to Kimmel in a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter, his son will need two more of the procedures, but is “doing great.”

“Young Billy made his first visit to our office today. He’s juggling. He’s translating Flaubert from French into English,” jokes the star. “No — he smiles. That’s pretty much it. He is very interested in ceiling fans. He likes those a lot. I could get him to pay the same amount for Netflix just to watch ceiling fans.”

In all seriousness, “We would like to get [the surgeries] over with and not have to think about it all the time, but it could definitely be worse,” says Kimmel, 49.

Kimmel says he and McNearney “didn’t know anything about heart surgery” before their son’s birth and subsequent operation, and that the associated memories from the beginning of Billy’s life were stressful and difficult, to say the least.

“I felt like I was in an episode of a television show where something terrible was happening,” he says, explaining, “There were a lot of people scrambling around. At that point, I knew there was nothing I could do. They were all very good about keeping me abreast of what was happening, but I wanted them to just focus on him and not worry about me.”

Of “the surgery itself,” it “took less time than we were told it would — about two hours,” Kimmel, who’s also dad to 3-year-old daughter Jane and adult children Katie and Kevin, reveals to THR. “We were surprised when the doctor walked in and told us it went well.”

“My whole family came to the hospital. We were worried getting through that time, but my cousins Sal, Ivy and Mickey showed up and started making fun of everyone else in the family,” he shares. “Somehow, we managed to laugh through the whole day.”

Kimmel famously addressed his son’s birth and congenital heart disease — called tetralogy of Fallot with pulmonary atresia — for the first time on Jimmy Kimmel Live! in early April, sharing a photo of Billy hooked up to multiple hospital wires.

The host’s monologue also included praise for his wife, as well as a plea about affordable healthcare in the U.S. — something he is continuing to speak about.

“I don’t see what the difference between health care and education is. Every kid should have a right to an education. We don’t seem to have a problem with paying for that,” Kimmel tells THR.

Thomas pancakes are even better than their English muffins

A post shared by Jimmy Kimmel (@jimmykimmel) on

“I was relieved when the [GOP bills] failed to pass, but it’s far from over,” he continues. “I worry that those who oppose Obamacare are going to do everything they can to make sure it doesn’t work. Nothing is perfect, but when people are working against something, it makes it a tough road.”

“I worry that these politicians don’t care about the people they represent,” Kimmel says. “I have spoken with so many people who strongly believe the reason they are alive or their brother is alive or their parents are alive is the Affordable Health Care Act. It’s undeniable if you talk to people.”

The host admits he’d be open to having President Trump on his show to talk to him about healthcare. “I would like to see, as a father and a person who prides himself on speaking the truth, what he thinks,” he says. “If I were his next-door neighbor and I didn’t have health insurance for my child, I find it hard to believe he would ignore that.”
