Did Damien Hirst just mansplain pregnancy?

Damien Hirst's 'The Miraculous Journey' is a series of 14 gigantic #sculptures representing the development of a #human #fetus in the #womb. The #installation – situated in #Doha, outside a women's health centre – was first unveiled in 2013 and covered up immediately after. However, authorities have recently put it back on display. The theme and location of the sculptures force us to question the strict #antiabortion laws that are still prevalent in the #MiddleEast and other parts of the world. Whether for the sake of #publicart, or a subtle pro-life campaign, we can't deny our love for this installation.
