OHMYGOSSIP — Bobby Norris says Gemma Collins can win ‘Dancing On Ice’ if the public “stay behind her”.
The 32-year-old reality star has backed his pal, who was in tears after getting a disappointing score of 13.5pts out of 40 on Sunday evening’s show (03.02.19), to go all the way on the ice skating series after she was saved in the public vote last night.
Speaking on Monday’s episode (04.02.19) of ‘This Morning’, Bobby said: “I think she’s gonna try and pull it out of the bag next week. She’s gonna be in full GC mode and every week I just can’t wait to see what her outfit is gonna be, what performance she’s gonna put on.
“I really think she can [win], she’s got a really good shot at it if the public stay behind her and, touch wood they do, like social media is always blowing up when she’s performed and yeah, I think she’s got a really good chance.”
Bobby – who has been on the ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ since 2012 – says Gemma was in a lot of pain following her tumble on the ice last month, and admits it was important she got her “confidence” back.
He added: “With Gem, when she puts her mind to something, she really wanted to do well. So from October, when she found out, she was down the rink six days a week and really was taking it seriously.
“I spoke to her this morning and she was so gutted and she cried because she knew she could have done better but she’s been in so much pain form the fall the week before and realistically it takes some confidence to get back on the ice after a fall like that. She’s a brave girl.
“I think it shows the public are really behind her, she literally could go out there and sit on the ice and she would still get votes because Gemma’s an entertainer and she might be at the bottom of the leaderboard but people are behind her, they are voting for her.”
AS far as hobbies go, Gemma Collins’ mum Joan sure has her hands full looking after her daughters ‘diva’ demands, but it turns out she has another hidden hobby- collecting vintage dolls!
The GC’s famous mum – who shares the same name as the Dynasty actress- has been showing off her impressive collection of dolls on Instagram lately.

Taking up a vast amount of space in Joan’s home, the dolls come in all shapes, sizes and styles.
When she’s not playing her part as Gemma’s agony aunt on Towie, Joan spends her time collecting antiques and vintage items to take centre stage in her Essex pad.
The Essex star even has names for some of her prized possessions, with one named Bella, another called Kitty Christmas and a third Tricksey Bell.
In a few images Joan even snaps photos which combine her love of gardening and the dolls, as she places them in her plant decorations.

However, one shot that divided her followers was of singular baby doll’s heads placed in a glass vase.
“That’s a wee bit creepy!” commented one fan.
Another said: “Erm what.”
A third praised Joan’s creativity, saying: “Fabulous idea.”

It’s not all about dolls over on Joan’s Instagram though, as she shared a video of herself and Gemma’s friends wearing masks of her face as they supported her on Dancing On Ice over the weekend.
Last weekend Gemma, 37, returned to the ice following a nasty fall during her performance the previous weekend that left her with painful injuries.

Ice skater Dan said of last week’s excessive injuries: “It was really, really awful. It was almost as if Gemma’s fall from last week’s show… it was a sign of things to come.
“Everyone was getting injured. She’s got black knees, they’re so bruised, she hurt her chest as well.
“People are pushing the boundaries so there are going to be these injuries.”
But it wasn’t just Gemma who has fallen in recent weeks, as her incident has seemed to have caused a domino effect among the other contestants.

Among the injured were Melody Thornton, who fell and hit her chin on the ice last week, Wes Nelson, who badly injured his knee during training, Jane Danson, who fainted during dress rehearsals, Ryan Sidebottom and most recently James Jordan.
But the creative director isn’t worried about the injuries putting the contestants off, adding: “They’re kind an army of robots this year, they’re not going to let anything get them down.
“Only the strongest will survive now as dramatic as that sounds.”
OHMYGOSSIP — Gemma Atkinson and her boyfriend Gorka Marquez are expecting their first baby together.
The former ‘Hollyoaks’ and ‘Emmerdale’ star – who started dating Gorka after she appeared on ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ in 2017 – logged on to her Instagram account on Friday morning (01.02.19) to announce she is pregnant and share her “excitement” with all her followers.
The 34-year-old blonde beauty posted a picture of the couple’s two dogs, Norm and Ollie, who were wearing signs around their neck which read: “Guess what … mum’s pregnant. We’re going to be big brothers!”
Gemma captioned the post: “And what Amazing big brothers they will be! Myself & Gorks are beyond excited and happy and feel incredibly blessed to be meeting our new family member later this year. Baby Marquez!!! We love you loads already @gorka_marquez (sic)”
