We have some bad news about the first ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ trailer

Spider-Man Far From Home

The first Spider-Man: Far From Home trailer was shown at CCXP in Brazil last week, so many people thought that Sony and Marvel would also release it in theaters, on YouTube, and on TV. However, that didn’t happen and the trailer was pushed back to mid-December, according to reports at the time. There was also some chatter flying around that the trailer would premiere this week instead, but if you expected to see the first this week you’re going to be disappointed to hear the trailer isn’t coming.

Downton Abbey Is Returning—This Time to the Big Screen. Watch the Trailer

If you missed the Grantham, their servants and the grandeur of their English estate, you’ll be happy to know that the cast of Downton Abbey is returning in 2019. Only this time, it’s on the big screen.

The show’s Twitter account on Friday teased the trailer for the movie, which is simply named Downton Abbey.

The show, a PBS series available on Amazon Prime Video, won three Golden Globes and 15 Emmys during its six seasons, which began in 2010 and wrapped up in 2016.

Focus Features confirmed in July that the popular show was being made into a feature film, with the main cast, including Maggie Smith, Hugh Bonneville, and Michelle Dockery, returning for their roles, according to Entertainment Weekly.

The creator of Downton Abbey, Julian Fellowes, who following the show was busy with a book project for an unrelated story, wrote the screenplay for the movie, Entertainment Weekly reports. The series follows a family through the changes of the early 1900s, including with historical events such as the sinking of the Titanic, World War 1 and Adolf Hitler’s first attempt at seizing power in Germany.

The show garnered a high viewership for the public broadcaster, bringing in 9.9 million viewers for its final season premiere. Merchandise associated with the show has brought in about $ 24 million in 2013, Forbes reports.

The storyline of the movie hasn’t yet been revealed, but it is set to be released in theaters on September 20, 2019, CNN reports.

“It’s a return to these really beloved characters and seeing them in new sets of circumstances and how they will deal with those, and hopefully, a good mix of the drama, comedy, and romance that had been the mainstays of it all,” Executive producer Gareth Neame told Entertainment Weekly.

The latest Game of Thrones trailer will give you chills

Brrrrr.

game of thrones metoo
©2017 Home Box Office, Inc. All

If you’ve been getting into the Christmas spirit, you’ll have cracked open your beauty advent calendar, the Prosecco Christmas crackers will be in the fridge, and you’ll have got your £5 tree from Ikea.

You’re ready to celebrate, and there’s a tray of Ferrero Rocher just crying to be opened.

And while we don’t want to wish the time away, we’re also excited about the festive period for another reason – once it’s over, it means we’re one step closer to the final season of Game of Thrones.

Hurrah! We’ll finally see what goes down when Dany and Jon Snow realise that their saucy midnight cabin meets are actually incestuous. We’ll find out why Tyrion was looking all shady in the shadows during the last episode. And we’ll also find out whether faceless man trainee and all-round badass Arya will finally meet her match and join those who have fallen before her.

So much drama! So many questions! So many spoilers to read up on before season 8 airs in April!

And as (very) eager fans, we are delighted to see that another trailer has been released – and it looks epic.

The 54 second teaser sees that old board of Westeros along with the famous chess pieces – the Stark Direwolf, the Targaryen dragon and the Lannister lion. Each is slowly engulfed in plumes of icy chill, before a sudden rush of fire draws in from the opposite end of the board and the two meet in the middle.

We’re not too surprised that we don’t get any actual footage of the upcoming season, because the Game of Thrones lot are known for keeping as much under wraps as they possibly can.

However, it has whet our appetite and made us ridiculously excited for April 2019.

Will you be tuning in to see how it all ties up?

We’re on the edge of our (icy and fiery) seats.

It’s Here! See the First ’Toy Story 4’ Teaser Trailer

The world of Toy Story is getting all forked up! A new toy named Forky wreaks havoc in the first official teaser trailer for Toy Story 4, the next sequel to Pixar’s first feature film and the latest installment of the $ 2 billion franchise.

Toy Story 4
Still from Pixar’s newly released ’Toy Story 4’ teaser trailer.

The 90-second trailer, which the Disney animation company released on Monday, November 12, shows the characters dancing in a circle to the tune of Judy Collins’ folk song “Both Sides, Now.” Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Jessie hang with Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head, Rex, Hamm, an Alien, Slinky Dog and Forky.

But Forky, a spork decorated with pipe cleaners and googly eyes, isn’t happy-go-lucky like the rest of the characters in the teaser. “I don’t belong here!” he exclaims, breaking the circle and causing a pile-up collision of toys.

“Somebody get him before he pokes an eye out,” Woody says off-screen.

Toy Story 4
Still from Pixar’s newly released ’Toy Story 4’ teaser trailer.

In the YouTube description, Pixar offers a synopsis for the new movie: “Woody has always been confident about his place in the world and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie. But when Bonnie adds a reluctant new toy called Forky to her room, a road trip adventure alongside old and new friends will show Woody how big the world can be for a toy.”

Toy Story 4 is directed by Josh Cooley, who also helmed the Pixar short Riley’s First Date?, and produced by Inside Out producers Jonas Rivera and Mark Nielsen. Hollywood newcomer Stephany Folsom was tapped to write the script after Parks & Recreation alum Rashida Jones and writing partner Will McCormack opted out of the project. (In a statement, the duo cited “creative and, more importantly, philosophical differences” with Pixar.)

Toy Story 4 is slated for theatrical release on June 21, 2019.
